Funzionale e pulito. Arredamento curato e moderno. Terrazza ampia e riparata. Molto utile la dotazione delle biciclette per raggiungere in una decina di minuti, la spiaggia, ampia e sabbiosa. Molto comodo il posteggio auto coperto. Abbiamo provato anche la pizzeria suggerita da Margherita (da Gigetto), dove abbiamo mangiato veramente molto bene.
