This charming holiday home is located in Lumbarda on the island of Korčula, just 200 m from the fine sandy beach, and is ideal for couples, families or small groups. The house offers four apartments for 2–6 people, each with its own covered terrace with sea view, air conditioning, SAT TV and free WiFi. The well-maintained outdoor area of approx. 600 m² invites you to relax, with vineyards and the crystal-clear sea offering a magnificent all-round view.   
  
The holiday apartment itself is 33 m² in size and features a living kitchen with a sofa bed, a dining table for four people, and an air-conditioned bedroom with a double and single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The kitchen offers a 4-plate stove (2 gas, 2 electric), oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all necessary utensils. The terrace allows private use and is equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol.   
  
The extras include a free parking space directly at the house and a usable outdoor grilling facility. Pets are not permitted, smoking is not allowed. Breakfast can be served at an additional cost upon request.   
  
The location offers a perfect combination of tranquillity, nature and proximity to the beach, while the centre of Lumbarda with restaurants, supermarkets and tourist infrastructure is within a 10-15 minute walk.
