I invite you to come and relax in my large country house full of charm and authenticity located in Lully (74890); close to Lake Geneva, 15 minutes by car from the medieval village of Yvoire, less than 30 minutes from the first ski resorts and the same distance from Geneva.

It also allows a starting point for hikes and other walks.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation ideal for nature lovers and close to the main roads to discover our beautiful region.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and induction hobs and everything you need to cook.

Offering large volumes typical of village houses, the first bedroom (25 m2) with a double bed (160) is located on the 1st level and has its own en-suite shower room. This very spacious room can be added with a travel cot.

A 2nd bedroom (40 m2) located in the converted attic has a double bed (160) allowing another double bed. It also has a shower room. On request we can offer an extra small bed for a child.

You will have the possibility to park in front of the house or in the garden secured by a gate and fully enclosed. 🏡

Guest access:
Some parts of the house (pantry, cellar) will not be accessible because they have personal belongings.
