O quarto é limpo, os funcionários são prestativos. Mas a localização está errada (não é a que consta no hotéis.com), são km a mais. Também diz que pagaremos na acomodação, mas foi nos tirado do cartão mesmo e não pudemos mudar isso depois. E simplesmente é impossível falar com eles, seja pelo WhatsApp ou por ligação que consta na internet. Extremamente estressante e terrível chegar a noite ao endereço que consta no site, não ser ele e se quer conseguir contato com o hotel pra saber onde ficam.

Nesse caso do café estava bom. A piscina não entrei mais parece boa. Agora na acomodação e sobre. Recepção não fomos bem atendidos. Povo que não tem atendimento e fomos praticamente forçadas a fechar as diárias. Sendo que falei que queria cancelar pelos transtornos e nada. Pediram uma calção pelo pet e não devolveram no término só depois de dois dias um absurdo. Sinceramente não gostei. Deviam ser mais claros na contratação e receptivos.
