What a lovely hotel. Modern, clean, great location and the staff are exceptional. From the moment you arrive to the point you leave they are friendly, helpful and always wanting to make your stay welcoming. Lots of advice around exploring the area and happy to help with any questions. Top marks for secure parking and ample EV chargers. A restful and hassle free stay. Family hotel that has the feel of friendship and quirkyness. Our room large and very comfortable and buffet breakfast was superb with cheese choice in particular enormous.

It was fine.

Great breakfast and evening meal. Secure underground parking for my motorcycle. Lots of great sights to see in the town. Very friendly helpful staff.

Excellent front of house staff ... particularly helpful when we had car trouble and had to ask for assistance Free safe parking /ideally situated for old city walls

Clean, modern and comfortable room. A bit of a walk to old town, but there’s plenty of cafes and bakeries on the way. I parked my motorcycle on the road just outside the hotel and it was all okay overnight.

Lovely can’t fault this place friendly staff and a really good breakfast, can’t comment on dinner as we were visiting friends in lugo town.'

Beautiful hotel right as you enter Portimarin on the Camino . We were made very welcome by Sylvia . Our room was spotless ( as was the hotel ) , comfortable bed and lovely room - quiet enough to get a great nights sleep. Breakfast was buffet style and just enough before we set off on our travels . Coffee excellent. I would definitely recommend here .

This was a really lovely place to stay on my Camino. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to use the washing facilities in the albergue of the same name next door. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, ready for the next morning’s walk.

Comfortable accommodation, nice hosts and peaceful area. Great for getting immersed in nature and still feel pampered. Definitely a reference for future visits to Lugo.

Very spacious and sunny room. The staff were all helpful.
