I like the spacious and the view the see the lake. The small details of the house is good too. But I don't like the process to get the keys from their office which is 15 mins away from the train station. So it wasted me lots of time back and forth during check in and out. The management response time is slow too . It's only good for those driving. ##### Ying X. However, the apartment is located on an extremely busy road that made sitting on the terrace unenjoyable (unless you like road noise and exhaust fumes). In general the place was “well used” to out it kindly. But my biggest complaint was the kitchen. You can’t have a meal for a family since there were only 3 forks. The entire set of cooking utensils consisted of a wood spoon, a wood fork, a wood spatula, and a broken cheese grater. There were ample pots, pans, and dishes but that did not make up for the fact that the only cutting knife was duller than the butter knives. And maybe that’s OK since the only cutting board was just barely larger than my hand. ##### David M. The towels are fresh, and the apartment even has a welcome prosecco. The admin staff was really flexible and quick to address questions.
