We present in particular URBAN 21, a refined three-room apartment which will be just right for you. The spacious open-plan living room offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen for preparing lunches and dinners and enjoying your meals on the table for 6. Relax while watching the flat-screen TV or read a good book on the sofa, which converts into a comfortable bed for the night. (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we think it is only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa). The double bedroom with its large wardrobe and the second double room offer maximum comfort. Finally, the bathroom, in elegant marble style, is equipped with a bidet and a spacious shower. As an excellent plus there is also a washing machine. Quality bed linen, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available. Smoking is strictly prohibited. All commercial activity is forbidden inside the flat. Access: Please note that you will enter the flat by performing a SELF CHECK-IN. How to get there: If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the ‘Lugano Nord’ exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the flat. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus no. 6 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at ‘Lugano, Via Beltramina’ (about 11 minutes).
