Great Place Off The Beaten Path

I recently completed a short stint at Modern apartment in Lugano and absolutely loved it. The check-in was terrific because you can communicate via WhatsApp and retrieve the automated entry access information in advance. Felix greeted us upon arrival, and he was terrific. He showed us all that we needed in the apartment and within five minutes we were settled. The apartment we rented was clean, comfortable and bright. The apartment is off the proverbial beaten path, yet you can walk to the center of town and the lake without having to worry about parking. The area is safe, the apartment is secure, and the owners pay attention to the little things like extra pillows and superior linens and towels. The internet was very good, the complex was clean and quiet and there are eateries five minutes away. The kitchen comes fully equipped and when I return to Lugano, I will look for Modern Apartment.

Comfortable

The apartment is nice, well equipped with kitchen utensils, oven, stoves and coffee maker. Very clean and comfy bed. The only downside is on communications part, I sent an email to ask for (additional) pick up service or a direction to the apartment, never received a response :( the apartment is close to a bus stop (bus#3) but it's not within walking distance to Centro or Train station.
