The small kitchen is functional and fully equipped for cooking and serving meals; it is open onto the living room and includes a dining and a TV area with a double sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The bathroom has a modern shower. Let your children play in the playground, which is clearly visible from the terrace, and enjoy an aperitif at sunset. Thanks to the strategic position of this apartment, you will be able to reach all the points of interest: ROGGIA 11 is 5 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lugano Exhibition Centre.
