The elegant, marble-clad building with glass balcony railings offers a modern and refined atmosphere. The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and large wardrobes, while the living room has a sofa bed for additional guests (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). A large modern mirrored wardrobe is located in the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, bidet and whirlpool bath for a relaxing experience. The living room is furnished in a minimalist style, with an L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV. The open space kitchen has a traditional dining table. An interesting feature of the apartment is a terrace overlooking the surrounding schoolyard, ideal for quiet evenings and watching the sunset. The window that gives light to the living room also offers a view of the sports ground of the Istituto Elvetico in Lugano. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.
