This elegant three-room apartment, located in a new building, is characterised by its brightness and well-organised spaces. The open-plan living room, furnished with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, is ideal for those who enjoy cooking and hosting. The table is suitable for lunches and dinners for couples or company. The living area has a TV and a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable double bed for guests if required. (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.) The sleeping area includes a spacious double room with a large wardrobe and a single room perfect for a child or for a shared stay with colleagues/friends. The bathroom, in elegant marble, has a shower and bidet. As an excellent plus there is also a washing machine. A private balcony completes the flat, providing an outdoor space to relax or enjoy the view while sipping a drink. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited. How to get there: If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the ‘Lugano Nord’ exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the flat. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus no. 6 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop ‘Lugano, Via Beltramina’ (about 11 minutes).
