Shop 1.6 km, restaurant 200 m, café 200 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "San Michele" 30 m, railway station "Lugano SBB-CFF-FFS". Frühstück. In der Wohnung fehlt es nichts. Die Aussicht ist die beste in Lugano. Schade, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, besonders an heissen Tagen. Der Parkplatz und der Bus sind direkt vor dem Haus und die Stadt kann auch bequem zu Fuss erreicht werden. Die Lage ist perfekt, um diese Hammeraussicht vom Balkon aus auf den See und den Monte San Salvatore zu geniessen. Gut zu erreichen mit dem Bus und einigen Minuten Fussweg. Zu Fuss ist man schnell in der Natur. Die Küche ist gut bestückt mit allem, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist möbliert, das Bad tiptop. Das Klappbett im Wohnzimmer ist bequem. Die Wohnung selbst ist funktionell, praktisch und bequem eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Speziell für öV-Reisende ist ideal, dass man alle Orte im Tessin dank der nahegelegenen Busverbindung ins Zentrum und zum Bahnhof von Lugano erreichen kann. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
