In the resort 3 km from the centre of Lugano, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, south-east facing position. In the house: reception, lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Public parking 15 m on the road extra. Shop 1.6 km, restaurant 200 m, café 200 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "San Michele" 30 m, railway station "Lugano SBB-CFF-FFS". Golf course (18 hole) 13 km, tennis 1.6 km, minigolf 13 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Frühstück. In der Wohnung fehlt es nichts. Die Aussicht ist die beste in Lugano. Schade, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, besonders an heissen Tagen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um diese Hammeraussicht vom Balkon aus auf den See und den Monte San Salvatore zu geniessen. Gut zu erreichen mit dem Bus und einigen Minuten Fussweg. Zu Fuss ist man schnell in der Natur. Die Küche ist gut bestückt mit allem, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist möbliert, das Bad tiptop. Das Klappbett im Wohnzimmer ist bequem. Die Wohnung selbst ist funktionell, praktisch und bequem eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Speziell für öV-Reisende ist ideal, dass man alle Orte im Tessin dank der nahegelegenen Busverbindung ins Zentrum und zum Bahnhof von Lugano erreichen kann. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
