Boite à clé pratique. La bouteille de bienvenue a été appréciée. Cependant, certains points mériteraient d'être améliorés : aucune capsule à café fournie pour une machine fonctionnant uniquement avec capsules, communication pouvant être plus réactive, gros manque d'espace de rangement dans l'appartement, quelques points de ménage à revoir (serviettes humides/usagées laissées dans la machine à laver, carton de ventilateur vide laissé au milieu de la cuisine, parasol posé au sol du séjour à l'arrivée...), quelques problèmes avec l'évacuation de la douche (sur lesquels nous avons pu agir).
