The apartment is on the 1st Floor of our house. The 40m² floor was converted into a modern, separate apartment in 2019.
The open kitchen to the living room has a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, dishwasher, microwave with grill and. Baking function, as well as a hotplate with two hot plates. The spacious bathroom has a shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet and a hair dryer. The apartment has a double bedroom, a large wardrobe with a mirrored front and a clothes servant. It offers enough space for 2 people. The living room has a cozy corner sofa with pillows and. Blanket, a flat screen TV, cable connection and free Netflix. Storage space for bicycles is only possible after consultation.

Wohnung sehr schön, besonders auch die Dachterrasse. Ein kleiner permanenter Regenschutz wäre optimal damit Tisch und Stühle trocken bleiben. Ausstattung sehr gut. Nur habe ich mich geärgert, da der "Wasserkocher" ein Wasserkessel war. Hätte sonst meinen mitgenommen. Konnte meinem Mann nicht das Kochfeld erklären. Hat dann die kleine Mikrowelle nachts überschwemmt. Nächsten Tag gleich den 3. Wasserkocher gekauft. Für uns persönlich zu wenig Kaffeebecher, Besteck zum Sammeln für die Spülmaschine. Gekocht haben wir nicht. Bushaltestellen optimal, auch für Mann mit Gehproblemen. Per Bus und Bahn nach Hamburg hat gut funktioniert wobei die Zeiten nicht gut abgestimmt sind. Zug morgens und nachmittags total überfüllt mit Studenten bis Harburg. Einkauf, Bäcker, Restaurants für mich fußläufig. Ein Hinweis im Inserat auf fehlenden eigenen Parkplatz wäre hilfreich. Hatten überwiegend Glück direkt vor dem Haus. Wichtig für An- und Abreise. Für uns zentraler Punkt für viele tolle Erlebnisse. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt trotz 1x Imam o.ä. um 23:15 Uhr :-) . Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Es war toll in Lüneburg. Wir hatten ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende und in der Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Klare Empfehlung von uns.

Modern, sauber, tolle Ausstattung mit allem was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht UND: darüber hinaus! Terrasse mit Grill, Bidet, usw. sind gewiss kein Standard. Und wenn man dann beim Rausgehen von Passanten für den tollen Vorgarten gelobt wird... Fazit: Volle Punktzahl plus mindestens ein bis zwei Punkte

In der ersten Nacht hat meine Arbeitskollegin, für die ich die Wohnung gebucht hatte, gefroren, aber die Heizung brauchte ein Weilchen, danach ist es wärmer geworden

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Problem war nur das Parken. Zum Be- bzw. Entladen musste man Glück haben vor dem Haus oder in der Nähe einen Platz zu bekommen. Zum Vermieter können wir keine Aussage machen. Haben ihn nicht kennengelernt.

Eine perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Hervorragende Lage zur Innenstadt. Zahlreiche Möglichkeiten um mit dem Fahrrad die Umgebung zu erkunden - von der Elbe bis in die Lüneburger Heide. Sehr praktisch der abschliessbare Fahrradschuppen.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit einen Stern MEHR zu vergeben?!!!👍 - Freundlichkeit der Vermieter TOP - Sauberkeit MEGA - die Lage zur Stadt ("Altstadt" und Fußgängerzone) ... TOP - tolle Wohnung, alles SEHER Gepflegt👍 - Betten (Matratzen) für uns OPTIMAL - wir habe mit dem Parkplatz Glück gehabt (direkt vor der Tür) eventuell muss man ein paar Meter gehen. Eine BITTE an alle weitern "Mieter" Geht GUT mit der Wohnung/ Mobiliar um ... so wie vorgefunden, dann freue sich die nächsten, so wie wir ... vieleicht sind es auch wieder WIR ... wir würden SOFORT wieder buchen.

Den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung kann man ohne Einschränkungen nur empfehlen und Lüneburg ist eine Reise wert. Wir waren mit der Bahn angereist und haben ohne Probleme die Unterkunft gefunden. Befindet sich in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und vor dem Haus befindet sich auch eine Bushaltestelle. Lüneburg ist auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar und in der Stadt werden alle Wünsche erfüllt.
