Supermarket, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 1 km, sandy beach "Emmerauenpark" 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, lake Schiedersee 8 km. Und ist ein ausgezeichneter Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und den dazugehörigen Bildern. Alles ist in einem guten, wenn nicht gar sehr guten Zustand. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett.
