The holiday apartment in a dune villa is situated in a quiet location between beach grass and landscaped sand dunes behind the promenade villas. Enjoy your relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea here. Your penthouse is furnished to a high standard and impresses with its modern design. The separate bedroom has a cosy double bed. There are two more beds in the living area and from here you can access the spacious roof terrace, the highlight of your accommodation. Enjoy a wonderful view over the dunes and the grounds. You can make yourself cosy in front of the bio-ethanol fireplace on rainy days. It bathes your holiday apartment in a pleasant light. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos flask and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee. In the bathroom you can enjoy your own small wellness area with steam bath and double rain shower. The holiday apartment also has a modern entertainment system with Blu-Ray player, two flat-screen TVs and a music system with MP3 connection.
