"The staff make the difference! The staff her were not inviting or pleasant. The room was very outdated and the pillows were FLAT! The common areas seem updated but the rooms were not at all! "We had a 4 day stay in Garmisch and the accommodation was beautiful. A typical german style apartment. Very clean with everything we needed. There was a wellness suite in the basement with sauna, solarium and various other wellness bits. The rooms were very clean and the bed large and very comfortable. No oven or microwave, but a hob, fridge and TV. The collection of the key for the apartment was easy and just a lovely stay in a beautiful part of Germany. "
