She was responsive, but not intrusive. We had a hiccup with parking when we arrived, but all was fine as the front office was very communicative and so was Sara. The location is right next to the slopes, but also tucked away. You're close, but you also have privacy away from all the people. It's right across the street from the swimming pool/hot tub and is the end unit with a private outdoor patio. We could not have asked for a better location. The actual unit is perfect, has everything you would need including w/d, updated kitchen, all appliances and plenty of apps on smart TVs to keep you entertained in the evening.
