We totally recognize they followed the guidelines but it would have made the experience a bit more pleasurable if they had been able to accommodate. Having said that the communication with management was very good, prompt, and professional. The inside of the home was a great blend of old and new, rich in character and history but amenities that fit current needs. Nice setting on the river. The management company was very responsive throughout our stay. They made the check-in easy and were very timely on any response.Our rating of three was due to the lack of cleanliness of the house. There was mold in the bathroom, cobwebs, and the windows probably haven’t been cleaned in years. Unfortunately, they are so dirty it is hard to see the river when the sun was shining on them. There was clutter in the closets and a fair amount of personal food items left behind.
