Property features 4.4k SF, double-height living room, distinct woodwork, craftsman architectural features, a game room, exercise room, ski equipment/mud room, hot tub, and fire pit. Enjoy evenings overlooking the Green Mountains from the porch or watch a movie with the family in the basement entertainment room. Located directly on Okemo Mt., some of the finest skiing in Vermont. The Space: Full ski-in/ski-out home located along Day Break trail. Guest Access: Accessible with smartlock. The Neighborhood: Located on the mountain, minutes to food and dining in Downtown Ludlow. Other Things to Note: Notes & Disclaimers: Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash. Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow. Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control. Air conditioning: There’s a total of 4 window AC units. One is in the living-room and there is one unit in each of the three bedrooms upstairs (bedrooms 2, 3 & 4). AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer).
