The Space:

Set on a private hill overlooking Ludlow and the surrounding mountains, this expansive property offers two distinct homes on 4.7 acres, giving larger groups the flexibility to spend time together while enjoying separate living spaces.



The Lodge

The Lodge features four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining room, creating a comfortable setting for shared meals and time together. A basement game room adds another space to gather after a day on the mountain.



The Carriage House

With five bedrooms, three living rooms, and its own kitchen, the Carriage House offers additional room for larger families or multiple groups traveling together. A foosball table provides an extra option for indoor entertainment.



Outdoor Space

The property includes a pool and elevated views of the surrounding mountains. In warmer months, enjoy time outdoors and take in the peaceful hillside setting. In winter, the location makes it easy to reach Okemo while returning to a spacious retreat with room for everyone.



With nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms across both homes, the property accommodates up to 19 guests, making it well suited to family gatherings, group getaways, and ski trips.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to both homes, the Lodge and the Carriage House, as well as the property's outdoor areas and pool. Entry is provided via smart lock for convenient self check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Located on the hillside above Ludlow, the property combines a peaceful setting with convenient access to the area's main attractions. Okemo Mountain is approximately 5 minutes away, making it easy to plan winter days on the slopes, while downtown Ludlow is just 2 minutes away for restaurants, shops, and everyday essentials.



Whether you're visiting for skiing, exploring Vermont's mountain scenery, or gathering with family and friends, this location offers a convenient base for enjoying the area throughout the year.



Getting Around:

Car is necessary. Because of the incline of the driveway, a car with 4WD or AWD is highly recommended and necessary during the winter months.



Other Things to Note:

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



Air conditioning: There's a total of 9 AC units at the house. At the Lodge: there's 3 units. There’s one split unit in each of the 2 King bedrooms upstairs, one unit in the living-room. At the Carriage House: there's 6 units. There’s one AC unit in each of the five bedrooms and one in the kitchen. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).



Swimming Pool: Our outdoor pools typically open for Memorial Day weekend and close after Labor Day weekend, weather permitting.



Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 19 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 19 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.



Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
