Lucky Strike Novi

Extremely Dirty and Unacceptable Conditions This was one of the worst motel experiences I have ever had. The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. There were rats on the property, blood stains on the sheets, mold on the walls, and dirt throughout the room. The bathroom was extremely dirty, the microwave was filthy, and the walls were covered in dirt and stains. There were also bodily-fluid stains on the wall, which was completely unacceptable and made us extremely uncomfortable. The smell in the room was horrible and overwhelming. The overall condition of the room was unhygienic and made it difficult to stay there. The only reason we stayed was because we were dealing with an emergency situation. Otherwise, we would have left immediately after seeing the condition of the room. I strongly believe the motel needs to seriously improve its cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance standards. Based on our experience, this room was nowhere near an acceptable standard for guests.
