Beautiful hotel in quieter area away from crowds but still just a few blocks from most major attractions. My only disappointment is we booked two identical rooms (Deluxe Double or Twin Room, River View) and one was a big bright corner room on the top floor while the other was small and dark and directly above lobby bar and music was loud. Aside from that everything was wonderful.

The hotel is in a perfect location- walking distance to everything. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
The hotel is charming, spotless and offers a lovely buffet breakfast. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean room, nice property and near to airport and that’s possibly the only negative part was it’s access from Florence Santa Maria station and main city which you have to take a taxi or have a car. Overall good stay!!
