"Good value hotel. I liked being able to control heatng in my room; presence of a lift (albeit very small), especially as the staurcase was soiral and narrow; effective double glazing; reasonably priced breakfast; close to main avenue and cable car. Negative points: it was a bit of a trek from the SNCF station (20 minute walk); no shower holder so had to kneel down in bath and hold with one hand."

"Appartement petit pour six personnes, il y a peine le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La salle d'eau est correct. Mais la nuit il y a des bruits de goutte d'eau qui deviennent très pénibles. "Do not recommend for non-Spanish speakers. The hosts are lovely and the hotel is nice and clean, but communication for English speakers is tricky. Maybe if you speak French or Italian it could also work, but just FYI, none of the staff speak a word of English. But it’s pretty much like that in the entire Val d’Aran."

"The cocker did not work and we found a used condom underneath the heater. The property is otherwise really nice as parts of it have been recently refurbished. But if you stay in one of the older rooms it is a more basic experience."
