"This rating mostly reflects the inaccurate or incomplete information provided on the VRBO listing. The place is very difficult and unusual to locate, especially in the dark. Check in instructions lacked clarity and failed to note many important things: - The exterior of the building is not lit, making it nearly impossible to see signage- the remote control for parking confusingly opens and operates two different parking barriers for two completely separate parking areas. Hotel Vielha Val d'Arán, Affiliated by Meliá

Hotel Vielha Val d'Arán, Affiliated by Meliá

8/10 Good
"WiFi was strong, breakfast was good. The bathroom is designed for very large people and I am small - hard to reach soap, towel rack in front of sink made sink hard to reach. Also though I asked for shower without bathtub, my room had a nice high bathtub in the shower that made it dangerous for me to use the shower. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Place is very clean. If I were 6 feet tall and young, I’d give 5 stars"
