  • Casa via Piaggia, is a beautiful apartment, in one of the very few new buildings,(with elevator) in the heart of Lucca inside the Renaissance Walls.

    It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a nice living area and a lovely small balcony. Extras to be paid on arrival in cash 8E per day in winter for heating and in summer for AC. Read the amazing reviews!

    Recycling is very easy and it is a must in our town. We have a door to door service which is sooo easy, we will show you what to do. YOU MUST SEPARATE: PAPER GLASS+PLASTIC+TETRAPACK+TIN ALL TOGETHER ORGANIC NON RECYCLABLE

    Lucca can be easily reached by train, the station is a few minutes walking distance. The nearest airports are Florence 60 km away and Pisa 25 km away We also welcome those traveling by bicycle, because we have a garage where you can park them. Are you pilgrims on the Via Francigena? Lucca is the best place to stop for a few days or to end your route

    TThe apartment is new, very comfortable, full of light on the second floor, with an elevator, in a completely new building. From this summer we will add the Ac. You are greeted by a large room with a very well equipped kitchen so you can prepare your meals in the comfort of your own home Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double sofa bed comfortable both ways as single or double. One of the rooms overlooks a small terrace furnished with armchairs and table for you to enjoy the outdoors. Pure cotton linen and towels are included in the price.

    The property is located in the ZTL zone,which means that inside the walls almost only residents can drive in , so it is NOT possible for you to reach us by car, as in most of the small towns in Europe. We are happy to give you all the directions regarding parking. None are far away.
