"My family and I came here for a 1 day trip to 100 islands. The hotel is new. Service and cleanliness is great. Everyone are so friendly. It’s in a convenient location, right by the warf. "We had a great time stayed in Empress, the staffs were all nice. Only some improvements needs to share, please install/put hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. Also, high speed internet needed. Still, I highly recommended this hotel. Thanks!"
