With three rooms, two bedrooms, a spacious veranda, and a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment can accommodate up to four guests. Large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright atmosphere, and access to the sunny, south-facing veranda with a view of the greenery invites you to relax. A private beach chair on the veranda and access to the shared garden provide additional opportunities for relaxation. Both bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring double beds and ample storage space in the closets. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, and toilet. A washing machine for free use is located in the laundry room.
