Location
Welcome to Freibeuterweg 13! Your holiday home is located in the cosy holiday village of Priwall—right on the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Whether you’re sunbathing, swimming, or taking walks by the sea—here you’ll enjoy a holiday right on the water.

The House
With approximately 58 m² of living space, up to 4 people can enjoy a comfortable temporary home. Two separate bedrooms ensure peace and privacy—ideal for families, couples, or friends.
A high chair and, if needed, a cot are available for younger guests.

Special Highlights
The private sauna makes your stay especially relaxing—perfect after an eventful day at the beach. On the furnished terrace, you can enjoy sunny hours surrounded by greenery. Sun loungers, a beach umbrella, and a charcoal grill create that authentic holiday vibe.

Basic Amenities
Amenities include Wi-Fi (subject to availability), a washing machine, a clothes rack, and central heating. Convenient: There are fly screens throughout the house—with the exception of the patio door.

Living Area
The open-concept living and dining area is furnished with a sofa, armchair, and dining table. Entertainment options include a TV with satellite connection, a hi-fi system, and a radio. The bioethanol stove ensures cosy evenings.

Kitchen
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and includes:
- Stove with oven
- Refrigerator with freezer compartment
- Dishwasher & microwave
- Coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle & blender
- Dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils

Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Low-maintenance vinyl floors create a welcoming atmosphere.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and a hair dryer. The washing machine is also located here.

Outdoor Area & Parking
The patio is equipped with patio furniture and a parasol. You can securely store bicycles in the designated storage area. A free parking space is available right next to the house.

The holiday home is a smoke-free property. Pets are welcome.

Important Information
Utility costs for gas (1.50 €/m³), water (8.50 €/m³), and electricity (0.40 €/kWh) are billed based on usage and deducted from the security deposit. Metre readings are recorded upon arrival and departure. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge (subject to availability).

The “Freibeuter,” with its beautiful holiday homes, offers you a relaxing holiday on the Travemünde-Priwall peninsula in a quiet, beachfront location. The beach is approximately 150 metres away.

Children are welcome in all holiday accommodation at the resort, and dogs are also allowed in many of the holiday homes. The spacious terraces offer plenty of seating. Each holiday home is equipped with a grill to help you have a great time with your family!
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.
The parking spaces are located right next to the house.

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the holiday rental is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is €200. The deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, minus any utility costs, provided there are no complaints or damage (Valid for 2026: Water based on usage / €8.50 per m³; gas based on consumption / €1.50 per m³; electricity based on consumption / €0.40 per kWh).


Freibeuter Holiday Village on the Travemünde-Priwall

At the Freibeuter holiday resort, you’ll find wonderful holiday homes, each with its own unique character. Each detached house features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of the holiday rental. If you bring your own bicycles, you’ll find plenty of space to park them at each house.
