When I arrived, after having reserved and paid for a room online, on hotels.com, the front desk clerk told me to, "call Expedia and ask for your money back because we're full." I asked if all guests had checked in, he said no. So I said, "ok, I'm here, I already paid, let m have a room, and when the last guest shows up, tell them you're booked up." He said, "I'm sorry, I can't do that, I already called all the guests to confirm, and they said they'd be here in like 30 minutes." After about 15 minutes of this conversation, verbatim, he said, "Well, I have a room that's not been cleaned yet, I can give you that one." The room was indeed not clean.
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend a stay at this place.
