"Room was substandard. The king bed had 4 smaller than standard pillows and the queen beds had 3. Staff was nice and full of explanations. Parking was fair and not secure. The elevators were in need of repair. Breakfast was sufficient. Would not stay at that location again."

"It is just a basic room to sleep in. It says the property is non smoking but you can smell weed everywhere. The people at the front desk barely say good morning and nobody cleans your room, I get the towels every 3 days but not the bed or garbage."

"I’ve been staying at this hotel for years, always clean, beds are comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and floors are clean. Restrooms are also always very clean, AC works great. Location is awesome, close enough to get to the mall quick and far enough away to enjoy. Hotel staff has been great every single time I stay here."

"The second night of our three night stay thr power went out in the hotel, except for a few rooms. There was no communication on estimated length of outage, if anyone was working on restoring power, etc. Our trip was for heart testing. The temperature in the room mixed with my heart issues made it extremely hard to breath. Taking the stairs down was okay, but climbing them to the 4th floor, it caused me to have chest pain, palpitations, and severe shortness of breath. Because of the excessive heat in our room and no idea when power would be restored we cut our trip short. We checked out at midnight and drove 3 hours to our home. "
