The owner was very unapologetic for this persistent disturbance. With this in mind the price of over $30 per night offered poor value. The mattress was seemingly made of granite and was placed directly on the floor. We booked a private double/twin room but it didn't look like the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful but the rooms were dirty and there wasn't a bed but just a mattress on the floor... (See our photo on Google maps). This wasn't even cheap as it was more expensive than beautiful 3 star accommodation on the same road. We left without staying. Only positive was that the lady looks after the poor/orphaned children in the town which is very kind of her. We hope the money we spent goes towards looking after them and not into their own pocket. We had a problem on arriving and needed to get back out to the airport quickly and the staff were amazing helping us to do that without really any charge.
