A staff member got up at 53 to let me out early another day so I could see the dawn monk's procession, and another helped me print a document I needed a paper copy of. However we kept having plummijg issues in one of the room. There was no hot water and we had notify them to get it fix. A plummer came in and "fix" it but there was still no hot water in the shower. They had refused to switch our rooms and we had to get a Laotian friend to talk to them to get a room change otherwise they would not switch our rooms.
