My first visit to Luang Prabang and this hotel. The hotel and staff were fabulous and the shuttle service they ran around LP through what’s app was great. Such a simple but novel idea. Other hotels should do it. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again myself should I get back to LP.

It’s a good deal: proximity to the town, free transportation around town, nice swimming pool, excellent breakfast and spa. Value for money is superb. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I could not find a fault at all. Highly recommend!

I liked the serenity and layout of the property. The staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel is approximately 10-15 minute walk to the Night Market should you choose not to use the hotel’s shuttle service.

We travel a lot and this is one of my favourite hotels around the world. The staff are wonderful. Food fantastic. Pool bar great. Mouk at the reception was very helpful. Great location.

This is a beautiful and historic hotel with excellent staff and amenities. Breakfast was delicious as well as dinner at the on-site restaurant. The staff are attentive and kind and there are a lot of amenities offered to help you relax and explore Luang Prabang! They have electric scooters for rent, a free car to transport you into the town, and an incredible spa on site. The pool is beautiful and serene and we especially loved the turtle sanctuary. I highly recommend MyBanLao!
