You will get all the confort you deserve. The 3 a/c are efficient and you can choose fan or a/c. You can have easy access to the river to swim or kayaking. You will get access to a garden and a garage. The house is completely furnished with modern kitchen (induction+ ceramic plate) 2 large flat TV, router 5 mg wifi, google home, terrace with parasol, full bathroom with amazing bath with the view on the river. All floor are in tile ceramic easy to do maintenance, washing machine.
