"I contacted the hotel once our room was booked and the customer service started immediately. My husband and I went home for my birthday and the level of attention was incredible. Check in was flawless. We arrived very early and they stored our bags. There was a handwritten note with a pastry under glass on our arrival. Staff went out of their way to make our 50th birthday flawless. We cannot thank them enough and plan our next visit."
