The positive, If you are homeless then this is an upgrade! I really tried to not be critical & over look things as this was an inexpensive place to just sleep at night while working. I stay at cheap hotels & overlook cosmetic issues, if it’s clean & comfortable, I don’t care about the tile/fixtures/linens, you get a great review. So I wasn’t going to complain that the bathroom was a do-it-yourself nightmare. Newly remodeled bathroom has a hole cut out of the wall so the toilet is half inside the wall..why?, as it was all new walls. The shower tub entrance was a hole cut out of the wall & when inside the shower (also covered in dirt) you see raw backside of dry wall. Did I mention to get to the bathroom it was down the stairs & around the other side of the house? But this was dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed at. Everything covered in a layer of dust and dirt, even the night stand and especially the bathroom floor has small mounds of mystery dirt. The curtains were a tattered piece of material, the bed needed to be retired & the 2 in. thick flat pillows. Air conditioner was not adequate to keep both rooms cool, literally sweating(it was a big inside unit that had a duct that went out the window). The second room was really a closet, with a twin bed inside about 8 inches from the doorway & no air vents so you had to leave the door open anyway & a set of faucets were ranfomonly on the wall. But there was NO SINK in the bathroom… so I can’t ignore everything else… this broke me.
