The bedroom consists of a double with Smart TV. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a shared garden with barbecue area, shared hot tubs, a shared external games room with Smart TV and pool table, and off-road parking for one car. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.1 miles. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Explore the wonders of Suffolk with an escape to The Cove. Note: Stair access to apartment. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive. Nearby Lowestoft has two piers, an active harbour with a marina and berthing for larger ships, a golden sandy beach with attractions which include scuba diving, snorkelling, kite surfing and jet skiing, and a cinema and a theatre. Yarmouth offers lots of family fun with traditional seaside entertainments. The local surrounding area has a great wealth of places to visit with something to please every family member on a beach-side holiday.
