"The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review was not having hot water one morning at 7:30am and the hotel staff being in denial about it. Other than that, it was a fantastic place to stay. The valet service was nice...he met us at the door and parked our car which was very welcome after the challenges encountered parking at other hotels. The room was pretty large (didn't care for the pillows, however), and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it."

I was left outside in cold and rain unable to gain access as I should have been sent a code or instructions on how to enter. Dispute several calls a pacing around the property i had no response. I was left cold wet and stranded. Left no choice than to find another hotel as close as possible to get a room for the night which I did at twice the cost and another taxi to the new hotel! Further insult, after communicating to...

"there is no shopping near by, for. ex. looked for a farmacy. And transportation takes time to get to the Altstadt and Messe."

"The hotel is very well located if you are visiting Expo/Messe/Arena... Subway station is very close. Although one minor issue was that hotel was repairing one elevator, and customers had to use service elevator. Hope they finish soon."
