"Lakepoint was amazing! Stayed for a weekend with our dog and the area was perfect. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was functional and bbq was very nice. Gas stations and convenience stores 15 mins away. All together a great comfortable stay "

"We stayed as a family of four with two young children at the end of summer. The property is beautiful and the water very shallow quite a ways out so it was perfect for our 1.5 and 2.5 year olds. They had a blast playing in the water, riding around in the kayak and playing with some beach toys provided.
The cottage got both very hot and cold while we were there with the fluctuating temps that week. The fans in every room work wonders and there is heating if needed. Adequate and comfortable linens provided. Some toiletries if needed. Really nice to have a washer and dryer on site if you need to wash and dry towels or clothing you brought up. All the comforts of home including a dishwasher, coffee machine etc. TVs also in every room which was convenient.
As others have mentioned, it seemed as though there were not a lot of mosquitoes but the ones that got us were the itchiest we have ever experienced. Property was secluded / private enough though you could see some neighbouring cottages/guests a ways away.
Hosts were prompt with responses to any correspondence. I think the biggest take away was that we had a very comfortable stay as a family of four with small children."
