About this property

Private & cosy 1 bedroom. Amazing sea views, 1 minute away from the beach.

  • You will love the warmth, ambiance and amazing sea views from this fully equipped one bedroom, separate lounge, separate kitchen, plus full bathroom (with a shower and bath) unit with everything included for you to enjoy a relaxing stay, making our place a great spot for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

    Free parking is at the beach carpark, then there is a walk up the steps (see photo) and sloping path to the house, where you will enjoy the all day sun, privacy and ever-changing sea views. The beach is also safe for bathing or swimming.
    There is a bus stop at the beach, with regular services to Wellington City, Days Bay or Eastbourne, the Harbour Ferry, restaurants & ethnic restaurants & cafes in Petone, plus there are lots of walks in the hills, or you can enjoy the sea as you walk around the coast.
