Terrible, rude service from staff, after asking for things that were missing or not working in the room (telephone not working, suitcase stand missing). Never fixing anything or bringing what's missing, hanging up the phone in your face (called from my cell because phone in room not working)

Overall the experience was fine and the hotel is in a convenient location. Aesthetically speaking, our room needed a little attention... Peeling wallpaper, shower grout was moldy/discolored, and the carpet was stained. Additionally, the bed sheets had holes and small stains, but they were clean.

Staff was untrained. Front desk woman was falling asleep/ nodding off on Sat. morning. Asst. Manager does not know customer service. Housekeepers cannot understand English. I was sick for 6 days with pneumonia and was TOLD to check out a day early with NO REASON. My bank flagged my card for Fraud ...
