"Very nice and convenient location, with easy walking access to the downtown area. We had a great time staying here overall, but there were two issues that made our stay a little difficult. First, we had a hard time finding and entering our room when we arrived. The sign at the entrance was misleading. It said the back door was from the front entrance, and we saw a gate on the right that appeared to lead to the back entrance (kitchen), so we thought that was the correct direction. However, the correct entrance was actually to the left from the front entrance. Since our flight was delayed and we arrived very late at night, it was especially difficult to figure out where to go and to contact the staff at that hour. Second, the sign stated that quiet hours began at 10 PM, but the guests staying above us were stomping and making a lot of noise around midnight, which made it difficult to sleep. Aside from these two incidents, we had an amazing time in Seward and really enjoyed our stay. With clearer entrance instructions and better enforcement of quiet hours, this would be an even better experience for guests."

Fantastic location downtown in shopping area with great food and bars just steps away. We stayed at 8 different hotels, lodges, etc on this trip and this was our favorite."

"The house was in a great location with a beautiful view. We loved the upstairs deck area and the fire pit(s). We were visiting our daughter who was working at Miller's Landing, so we were so close to her. We also loved being close to the town of Seward but it felt very quiet and peaceful at the home. We cooked in one night and found the kitchen / grill very well appointed and easy to use. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. We'd love to be able to come back in the future."
