When night falls, head inside and bring everyone together around one table—challenge them at Foosball & Poker in our fun game room while enjoying conversation over drinks & snacks within its expansive seating area.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don't forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.  
  
Downtown offers plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is less than 5 minutes away with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.  
  
Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A one-hour drive north you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.

My husband and I stayed for six nights (1/25-1/30.) The Banyan Inn was very comfortable. Very clean. Nicely decorated. The availability of the garage was a plus given snow/cold weather. The nearby Loveland Sculpture Garden is a treasure. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Hope to come and stay again. Kathy M.

#### Best vacation rental experience to-date

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was lovely in every way - quiet neighborhood, updated and clean interior with an open floor plan, a covered patio, and thick curtains that offered privacy that we feel is almost always subpar in vacation rentals. I also appreciated being able to use the garage since it was winter and we did get some cold temps and flurries. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our meals (utensils, measuring tools, etc) and the large appliances are high quality. We aren’t big coffee/tea drinkers but it looked like they left a very nice spread of those too. The furniture was comfortable including the couches and bed we used. The checkout requirements were refreshingly reasonable. We visit family in Loveland periodically and plan to stay here every time going forward. Thanks for helping to make our visit so pleasant!

Really great place to stay! Very spacious rooms with plenty of room to spread out. We loved the split floor plan with one primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom on one side and the other two bedrooms (a King in one and 2 twins in the other with a bathroom between them). It was perfect for our situation, with grandparents on one side-children/grandchildren on the other. There was plenty of seating for any and all. The house is easy to find and well lit. Nice neighborhood, too.

#### Nice house

We had a nice stay at the Banyan house. It is nicely decorated with farmhouse decor and is centrally located. The only negatives are the beds are slightly uncomfortable. We removed a plastic mattress covering that was noisy and the sheets kept coming off. Also, there is no door that seperates the master bedroom from the bathroom for for privacy. I would suggest maybe hanging a cute curtain. But we would highly suggest this property.
