Plenty of room And a nice outside area out back. The house is on a very busy street and traffic can be heard all night long. WiFi says it works when connected but it does not. All the TVs are smart TVs, but with bad WiFi, there is nothing. I had better service outside with cellular. Lastly the house creaks…a lot. If you’re not a sleeper at night, you’re stuck. Every move you make will be heard by the rest of the house. There is a playground park 2 blocks away with a sculpture garden around the same park and paths perfect for striders or razors. King Soopers is within walking distance. Safeway and Walmart are both a short drive. With Estes Park, museums in Fort Collins and Boulder and the local parks in Loveland we had more to do than we had time for. The house was better than a hotel for our family needs. It was quieter than a hotel. We could occasionally hear the train but only distant. The heater kept the house comfortable but was also quiet and clean. I usually can't sleep through forced air heat but this house was perfect. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we wanted including an Instapot and roasting pan. There was quite a collection of seasonings and oils and sprays for cooking. The rooms and living room were well stocked with pillows and extra blankets, all of which were clean. The showers were as hot as we wanted for as long as we wanted and the washer and dryer worked great. We flew the grandparents in and all stayed here together.
