"Without a doubt the cherry on top of our trip. This hotel is amazing, from its location it offers nice views of the Puente Luis I, and walking distance to Vila Nova da Gaia, Ribeira and Batalha. If you don't want to walk there's a metro stop just steps away from the door and it connects to everything else. Besides the location, the hotel has the most charismatic and helpful staff, always with a big smile on their faces and willing to go the extra mile. They honor the Portugal spirit and will talk your native language. The room was nice, spacious, and the bed super comfy. Also had a nice view of the bridge and river and so quiet to get us a well-deserved rest after roaming the city. If you want to avoid looking for eating options outside, their buffet breakfast is tasty and offers a lot of options for all. We stayed a bit longer since we had a late flight and they offer late check-out for a really reasonable fee. Again going the extra mile with hospitality. Definitely a great find, I can't recommend this hotel enough. I hope I can visit again soon"

"On arrival the welcome was excellent with lots of information about the city.The accommodation was quirky making our stay fun. The cleanliness was excellent with just one comment to add that the bottom of the shower became slippery when wet. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. Central location making it very convenient. "

"The location of this property was within walking distance of most things I wanted to see. The restaurant and bar in the hotel were mostly empty in the evenings. I ate at the bar 1 time - food was ok and the drink was basic but good. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. The most important thing I want to highlight is the parking garage entrance is right next to the front door - it was easy to find and access. Lots of spaces, clean and an attendant on duty every time I went to my car. My car stayed parked until I was ready to leave Porto."
