  • Luxury villa with excellent finishes, 3 km from Vilamoura, in environments country of great tranquility.
    This Villa is composed of ground floor, 1st floor and surroundings of the house.
    The ground floor comprises entrance hall, bedroom with en suite bathroom with spa bath, circulation, living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, laundry, pantry, bathroom, cloakroom, bathroom on outside shower to support the pool, covered terraces, barbecue and two garages.
    The 1st floor comprises hall, two bedrooms with private bathroom with whirlpool bath and dressing room. External doors and windows are white aluminum with electric shutters. The interior doors as well as the wardrobes are in wood covered with oak.
    The villa is surrounded by a garden composed of lawn area where you can find carob, olive, pear, peach and other ornamental bushes, where the pool with the size of 10.00 m by 5.00 m.
    Facilities for solar panel water heating system and how security is one of our mottos has alarm on the police and excellent access for wheelchairs.
