Completely remodeled 1820's riverfront apartment with a direct view of the Ohio River from the elevated deck. Enjoy a quick walk to restaurants, bars, shops, the Jeffersonville Ampitheater and the Big Four Walking Bridge to Louisville, KY. Minutes from KFC Yum Center, Louisville Slugger Field, Museum Row, Kentucky International Convention Center and the Louisville City Soccer Stadium. Perfect, unobstructed view for Thunder over Louisville. Also great for The Kentucky Derby. On site parking.

1250 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6. Elevated, covered deck with ceiling fan and direct view of the Ohio River. Charcoal grill on outdoor patio. Everything is brand new - appliances, beds, furniture, etc. Mattresses are top of the line Simmons Beautyrest Silver Hybrid Barrier Lagoon Plush Mattress. Comfort and temperature control with the DualCool Technology Memory Foam and excellent contouring with the renowned Beautyrest Pocketed Coil Technology. Top of the line sofa bed in living room with doors for privacy. Cable and wireless internet provided. Keyless entry.

Great stay for archery nationals

Property was even better than expected! Everything was very clean, neighborhood was quiet, and view from balcony was beautiful! The beds were SO comfortable!!

Great spot!

We stayed for a few days and it was perfect. Owners were Great with communication and made sure we were doing good. Loved the views from the porch. Lots of small shops and restaurants within walking distance. Will stay here again!

Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet

Our family had a very nice stay in this clean apartment on the river. A nice quiet street walkable to restaurants. The property was as advertised, and we had no problems during our stay.

Great view and great location!

It’s a great space with a beautiful view! There are a lot of places to walk to, and it’s a 20-30 minute walk to Louisville via the Big Four Bridge. Overall a great stay!

Gorgeous!!

It was a beautiful place! It was a lot bigger than expected with a wonderful layout. The location was perfect and it was very peaceful to watch the boats every morning. Would recommend and stay again!!

Great apartment in a great location!

The apartment is super cute and very spacious! The location is great - fabulous river and bridge views, only minutes from Louisville but in quiet and quaint Jeffersonville IN. Definitely be sure to walk the bridge!

Great property in a great location!

We had an amazing stay, despite unprecedented rain and even flooding in the area. The apartment is wonderful, well-appointed, clean and comfortable. We were two couples and we had all the space and amenities we could need.Jennifer was also so thoughtful and responsive. We'd recommend her property for sure!

Perfect Location on Riverfront

We had a great stay in this riverfront property. Wonderful view from the balcony. Check in was a breeze. Owners were very responsive in messaging. It was clean, so well stocked, a really great space that has been renovated well. Seems like a good neighborhood with restaurants and bars well within walking distance. Very quick and easy access to Louisville and convention center. Would definitely stay again should I travels bring us this way. Thank you!

Waterfront views

The waterfront listing is accurate within the photos. The bedrooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The rental has high ceilings and a nice, airy feel. Or stay was in December so, we really could not utilize the patio space but, the view was beautiful. We could see the bridges to the right And they were lit with Christmas Christmas lights that would change and move. It was very pretty. The neighborhood itself was a surprising find! Jeffersonville was extremely cute and truly had a lot to offer right there. We took advantage of it and ate not far from the property a couple of times. The red yeti was a stand out and the pizza place, parlor, was a good find. Then, just minutes away, could jump on the bridge and go over to Louisville to find yet a host of restaurants and fun shops and activities to do. This rental is a good, central location. The street was extremely quiet so we all slept very good.

Amazing View

This property was extremely clean, the beds were the best we've ever slept in, and Jennifer was friendly, helpful, and very professional. We will look no further than 411 E. RIVERSIDE for our next visit.
