- Quaint, historic, downtown New Albany is waiting for your group in this 5-bedroom building. This 2 story loft (second and third floors) was formerly a part of the New Albany Opera house. It has 1 king primary, 2 queens rooms, two twin beds, and 2 sets of bunk beds (for total of 9 separate beds amongst five bedrooms) and is perfect for your large group of guests. This location is within walking distance to MANY local restaurants and shops with plenty of parking at your door step. The historic Wine House loft sits above the Wine Shop, a boutique restaurant and shop that will also deliver upstairs. Your group will enjoy multiple living spaces plus a large hang out room with pool table and bar.
