My husband, daughter and I stayed in this house and it was perfect for three people. Our daughter slept on the couch/bed and had her own bathroom while we had the bedroom en suite. Our hosts had equipped the house with everything we needed, including a bouquet of roses for the Derby! (And ponchos as it was rainy!). It was close to Churchill Downs and the Exposition Center where we could shuttle to the track.
