My husband, daughter and I stayed in this house and it was perfect for three people. Our daughter slept on the couch/bed and had her own bathroom while we had the bedroom en suite. Our hosts had equipped the house with everything we needed, including a bouquet of roses for the Derby! (And ponchos as it was rainy!). It was close to Churchill Downs and the Exposition Center where we could shuttle to the track. The house itself is in great condition, clean, and with just enough "stuff" to make our stay enjoyable without being too much. The kitchen was stocked (tool-wise) with just enough to make cooking simple meals straight-forward. Parking was simple out back. Access to restaurants, shops, and the highway was easy. We came for Derby weekend and spent most of our time at the track, but it was so nice to come back to a \*clean\* and updated rental to wind down from the day. The bed was very comfy and perfect for a good nights sleep!! Thank you for the timley communication and clear check-in/ check-out instructions!
